1. Services

JLM Digital provides AI & Automation Audits, consulting, system design, and optional implementation and automation management services for businesses.

All audits are diagnostic and advisory in nature.

2. No Guarantee of Results

While we provide strategic recommendations and implementation support, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or cost reductions.

Results depend on factors including client execution, business conditions, and operational follow-through.

3. Payments and Fees

Audit fees are charged upfront and are non-refundable

Implementation services are quoted separately

Any audit credit applies only toward implementation projects with JLM Digital

Monthly automation management fees are billed on a recurring basis if applicable

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule audit calls with reasonable notice. Missed appointments without notice may result in forfeiture of the session.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, reports, and recommendations provided by JLM Digital are the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients receive a license for internal business use only.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary business information shared during the engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JLM Digital shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if these terms are violated or if misuse of services occurs.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of the United States in which J Leak Management, LLC is registered.
